BIIAB Award in Beer and Cellar Quality (ABCQ)
Aims:
The BIIAB ABCQ award is designed to give successful candidates the knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure that their beer is consistently served in optimum condition. The F&B Partnership offer additional modules not normally covered by the standard syllabus. These modules ensure you have the beer knowledge skills that enable you to increase sales and decrease wastage. You will learn how to implement best practice in cellar management, in quality assurance and in beer service standards, all in line with legal regulations.
Suitable for personnel required to handle and care for keg and /or cask beers - as well as anyone required to maintain a safe and hygienic cellar.
Delegate requirements:
- English spoken
- Groups of 5 (minimum number) or more
- The F&B Partnership do not run courses for individual delegates
