Aims

This tasting course is designed to enable the successful candidate to enhance their beer knowledge and standards of beer service and learn how through pairing with food, they can enhance their beer sales and food sales.

Suitable for front of house bar staff, Bar Managers and Bar supervisors whose businesses are food led, Account Managers, Account Directors, Brewer sales personnel, or anyone involved in the sale of beer either wholesale, or retail.
